For 2026, Mr. Zhang proposed three major strategic transformation directions: expanding product application scenarios, extending from traditional ship high-altitude work platforms to the field of agricultural and forestry machinery; Upgrade the power system and simultaneously promote the "oil to electricity" conversion of existing fuel equipment and the independent research and development of pure electric marine high-altitude operation platforms; With the improvement of manufacturing capabilities, Building 3 will transition from assembly mode to core component manufacturing, focusing on breakthroughs in key technologies such as hydraulic systems and intelligent control systems.
