May 2026 Construction Machinery – Aerial Work Platform Sales Flash Report

According to statistics compiled by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association for major aerial work platform manufacturers, 415 units of various types of aerial work platforms were sold in May 2026, a year-on-year increase of 40.2%. Specifically, domestic sales totaled 401 units, up 40.2% year over year, while exports reached 14 units, up 40.0% year over year.
From January to May 2026, a total of 2,107 aerial work platforms were sold, up 10.5% year on year. Specifically: domestic sales totaled 1,984 units, a 10% increase; export sales reached 123 units, up 19.4%.
